I had delivery of my gorgeous garden swing this morning. How nice to be taken by surprise that Knight Fencing really delIvered on it's promise! Recent experience has shown me that not all companies do this. Since placing my order, Jade in customer services has been fab, and I also must mention how accommodating and friendly Knight Fencing's delivery partners, F&G Transport were - they couldn't have been more helpful. Very pleased with the service provided. The delivery was on time and the quality of the item was very good. I did have one damaged panel and when I raised the issue, they immediately arranged for a replacement panel to be sent. I dealt with Jade Wallace throughout the ordering and delivery process and she was excellent, keeping me informed and providing top notch customer service.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Terry was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. The job was highly labour-intensive, as all materials had to be carried in and the old fencing removed from a very awkward location in relation to their van, yet nothing was ever too much trouble. Terry and his co-worker Samantha are absolute grafters who worked incredibly hard, and the results speak for themselves. I’m extremely happy with my new fencing and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

New side gate and panel fitted at the back garden. Good quality materials and the gate looks smashing.
Although it took a few weeks between accepting the quote and the work being done it was worth the wait. Used KF in the past and would do again.
