Products not required
If for any reason you wish to return an item/s to Knight Fencing and you require a refund or exchange, providing you have advised us of the reason for return within 30 calendar days of the product being delivered to you, we will give you a full refund excluding delivery charges.
Please contact Knight Fencing on 01243 647272 or [email protected] with your order number and details of the product you wish to return, and we will arrange for the collection of the product by our nominated courier. Please be advised that a minimum charge payable by you of £30 for this service, which may increase depending on your location and the product type.
All refunds for returned products will be processed within 30 calendar days of their to Knight Fencing, the payment will be made to the account the original purchase was made from.
