While the construction industry has traditionally been male-dominated, the landscape is changing. Currently, women make up approximately 15% of the UK construction workforce. While this statistic shows progress, it also highlights a significant opportunity for greater representation and diversity across the trade.

We couldn’t provide such a solid service without the women in construction who make a huge contribution to the Knight Fencing team. These ladies bring skills and resilience brought to the frontline and the office every day. Meet some of the team:

Jade: Essential to our contracts and operations, ensuring project logistics are seamless.

Claire: Leads our accounts department with precision, managing the financial health of our projects.

Samantha: Working on-site as a Fencer’s Mate within our West Country Division, Samantha is proving that the field is open to anyone with the drive to succeed.
