Very high rigidity
The Nylofor 2D panels are extremely rigid due to the use of heavy welded mesh in conjunction with double horizontal wires.
High degree of security
Nylofor 2D is recommended as fencing for applications where security is crucial, resulting from the small mesh and the heavy wires.
Very high longevity
The coating technology of Betafence guarantees an extra high longevity. After galvanising an adhesion coating is applied for a perfect bond with the polyester coating of min. 100 micron.
Complete system
The Nylofor 2D system includes panels in different mesh apertures and heights, posts with adapted fixation systems and a large range of mesh and gates. All components guarantee a fast and professional installation.
Panels
The Nylofor 2D panels are made from heavy welded mesh, 2500 mm width and a range of heights. The panels are extremely rigid and secure due to the double horizontal wires. The panels have vertical barbs of 30 mm height at one side, which can be installed at the top or at the bottom of the fence. The standard mesh: 200 x 50 mm Wire diameter: horizontal: 2 x 6 mm and vertical: 5 mm
Coating
Panels of Nylofor 2D are made out of galvanised wires. An adhesion coating is given for a perfect adhesion with the polyester coating (min. 100 micron). The posts are in- and outside galvanised (min. coating 275g/m², both sides together), in accordance with Euro norm 10326. Afterwards an adhesion coating is applied and finally the posts are plastic coated (min. 60 micron).
Colours
Nylofor 2D is standard available in green RAL 6005, white RAL 9010. In total Betafence offers 7 Classic colours and 3 Prestige colours (Metallic or structural coatings). More and other colours out of our RAL Collection are available on request.
Posts
The Nylofor 2D system can be used with the Square posts with fixators, the Bekafix Post System, the Square Post System with cover plate and the Square Post system with cranked extension arm. For more info see “Tabs and accessories”.
Gates
The Nylofor 2D system is completed by the secure and high technology gates type Nylofor or Robusta: single or double swing or sliding gates.
