Working in partnership with Avon Construction, we delivered a comprehensive commercial fencing installation at Salisbury Train Station. This six-week project involved securing the perimeter and internal sections of a new temporary car park located in the old Network Rail yard.
Our work included installing Network Rail specification steel palisade fencing and gates, key clamp handrails and gates, Armco barriers, timber closeboard fencing, timber knee rails, and height restriction barriers. Each element was designed and installed to meet the stringent standards required for rail-adjacent infrastructure.
One of the key challenges on this project was time. With limited notice and a tight deadline, we had to mobilise quickly. The temporary car park needed to be operational as soon as possible to support the daily flow of passengers and staff. This required us to juggle existing commitments, fast-track procurement, and coordinate closely with Avon Construction to meet their schedule.
