Why?

We’re committed to offering you a wide range of fence panels and fencing products and delivering them quickly – it’s part of our customer service pledge – but as you may have noticed, things are a bit different at the moment.

This is why we’ve launched our Stock Alert Service

We know it’s frustrating to see that the fence panels and fencing products that you want are out of stock and that when they are available delivery can take up to 15 working days.

This is because there’s a national shortage of fence panels as a result of the Covid-19 crisis. We have a strong supply chain and we’re still getting regular deliveries, but we’re not getting as much as we normally do.

It’s also because all of our fence panels are made and pressure treated by hand. A lot of DIY stores and builders merchants sell fence panels that are mass produced and treated by machine. We do it differently, to ensure product quality, and this takes a little longer.
