Why we’re proud to sponsor the Toy Appeal

When we’re not busy installing all kinds of fencing, here at Knight Fencing, we take the time out to help our local community and give something back.

Christmas toy appeals are something we’ve been involved with for some time – it’s a cause close to our hearts – and this is why we’re delighted to be able to support the 2022 V2 Radio Christmas Toy Appeal.

It’s been a tough year for a lot of people, and there will be more families struggling to make ends meet this Christmas. So, we’re encouraging as many people as possible to get involved in the Toy Appeal this year.

Where you can make donations

No child should go without at Christmas, and to make sure they don’t in our community, we’re asking that when you do your Christmas shopping this year, you add an extra toy for someone less fortunate than you.

You can drop off your toys (unwrapped, new, and in their original packaging) at one of these V2 Radio Toy Appeal Donation Points, including one at the Knight Fencing yard in Selsey. We’ll be very happy to see you!

How to make your own donation point and give cash

You can make your own donation point – at your place of work, school or for friends. You can download posters here. Once you’ve got all the toys together, just bring them to one of the official donation points or drop them off at the V2 Radio Studios.

And if you would rather make a cash donation – this year, you can do that too! Just go to the V2 Radio Toy Appeal JustGiving page and donate, and toys will be bought on your behalf.
