Description
Postsaver Pro-Sleeves are designed to significantly extend the lifespan of timber fence and gate posts by protecting the vulnerable ground-line area from rot and decay.
The heat-shrinkable sleeve features a meltable bituminous liner which, when applied to the timber post using a blow torch, creates a durable air and watertight barrier. This helps keep preservatives within the timber while preventing moisture and fungi from reaching the area most susceptible to decay.
Unlike traditional liquid coatings or bitumen paint, the Postsaver Pro-Sleeve is designed to maintain its protective barrier even if the timber naturally cracks or splits over time.
